Journals are for longer-form thinking, meeting notes, and reflection. Use the quick actions on each journal card to edit, archive, or delete it. You can also double-click a journal to open it immediately.
Journals do not have due dates or priorities, but they can be tagged to make sorting and searching easier. The search function on the Journals page scans the full text of each entry, making it easy to find past notes, conversations, or details later by searching for keywords.
Each journal also includes an integrated Add Task section, so you can quickly create tasks while reviewing an entry. For example, you might focus on taking notes during a 1:1 meeting, then return afterward to turn those notes into action items.
Journals can be archived, which removes them from view while keeping them saved in your browser. Deleting a journal removes it permanently and it cannot be recovered unless you have exported a local backup.
